Oliver Hazard Seattle Concert reviews
jackson browne is no pretender
"Oliver Hazard played for about two and a half hours, combining classic hits from his latest album, downhill from everywhere, as well as a number of songs from his previous albums. His band and singers are first rate, and it was a great setting at the Pavilion at the Mann, similar to the PNC Center in NJ. He was in great spirits and even a greater voice, bringing me back to Lafayette College where I first heard his music, making it very easy to feel forty years younger. The warm and beautiful night was matched by the occasionally wafting aroma of Rogaine and the talk of retirement accounts, as well as the fragrance of pot. Oh, to be young again! This does not reflect his seventy plus years of living."
